1 pickling line: used to remove the oxide and various impurities on the surface of steel.
5 cold rolling mills: one 650 mill, two 900 mills, one 1050 mill and one 1150 mill, used to control the thickness and shape.
3 degreasing lines: two 1200 degreasing lines with one 900 degreasing line, used to clean emulsion and stains on the surface.
44 annealing furnaces: serve to anneal and cool steel strip coils, the purpose is to intentionally alter the physical properties and hardness of steel to a specified range.
3 flattening machines: one 900 flattener, one 1050 flattener and one 1150 flattener, used to control the surface flatness, straightness and evenness.
3 edge trimming machines: one 1050 edge trimmer, one 1200 edge trimmer and one 1250 edge trimmer, used to trim the edge of metal strips to ensure that the width is in compliance with customer's requirements.
2 tinning lines: one 900 tinning line and one 1200 tinning line, used for coating of steel surface with thin tin, the coating weight is controlled within a specified range.
2 cut-to-length lines: one high-speed cutting line and one low-speed cutting line, applied to cut the tinplate coils into sheets of desired length with high precision.
Our tinplate coil is available in a weight range of 3-8 tons. After receiving the cargo, customer can flexibly cut the tinplate coil into different sizes sheets, or slit it into narrower strips.
We can supply electrolytic tinplate in sheet form with customer-specific length. With our automatic cut-to-length machines, we are able to cut tinplate coils into tinplate sheets of any desired length in accuracy.
