As an alternative to traditional tinplate printing and lacquering process, laminating is becoming more prevalent due to its features of low contamination, high energy efficiency, low cost, anti-counterfeiting effect and better corrosion resistance compared to printed and lacquered surface. By using advanced laminating lines that we have invested, our laminated tinplate has been used for making a variety of paint cans, aerosol cans, food cans, and more metal packaging containers.
We can help customers slit tinplate coils into narrow strips of 10mm to 400mm in width, allowing customers to use it as machine-ready blanks to directly begin production.

Our tinplate coil is available in a weight range of 3-8 tons.
After receiving the cargo, customer can flexibly cut the tinplate coil into different sizes sheets, or slit it into narrower strips.
We can supply electrolytic tinplate in sheet form with customer-specific length. With our automatic cut-to-length machines, we are able to cut tinplate coils into tinplate sheets of any desired length in accuracy.
